A man who is charged with six offences, including sexual assault and false imprisonment, has appeared before Judge Joanne Carroll at Bandon District Court.
The accused man’s solicitor Diarmuid Kelleher said that he had received disclosure in the case and his client was “going to think about” proceeding on a signed plea or requesting a book of evidence.
