Trump: Iran has 'reached out' and 'wants to negotiate'

US president Donald Trump has said that Iran has āreached outā and āwants to negotiateā.
He went on to say that the country has āa lot of troubleā and that no decision has been made on whether the US will join Israel in launching airstrikes in Iran.
